Refund Policy for Subscriptions

We recommend purchasing a monthly subscription in order to try out Loteria Studio. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the refund policy below.

Users have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any point in time. To prevent charges for the upcoming billing cycle, it is necessary for users to terminate their subscription prior to the renewal date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are applicable within the initial 5 days from the date of the first payment. However, refunds are not provided for subscription renewals.

Procedure for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be formally submitted through our contact form below within the 5-day eligibility window. Use the same email you used to subscribe.

Refund Terms: Upon approval of a refund request, users will receive a full reimbursement of the amount paid. The refund will be initiated to the original payment method, with credits expected within 10 days.

Refunds are not granted for subscription renewals: Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the automatic renewal to prevent charges.

Refunds on individual Loterias: There are no refunds issued on individual Loteria sets purchased through our website.
